HomeGrwn was founded in 2025 by Aaron Peterson, a seasoned digital marketer with nearly a decade of experience helping brands grow through technical SEO, content strategy, PPC, branding, and data-driven performance.
As a former Director of Marketing in the multifamily industry, Aaron understands the pressures marketing leaders face – staying ahead of digital trends, navigating channel attribution, and adapting to shifting market conditions – all while keeping costs low and occupancy high. Sales Contractor – B2B Multifamily Marketing
Remote | Contract | Commission-Based
HomeGrwn is a startup marketing consultancy purpose-built for the multifamily industry. We deliver SEO, paid advertising, content, and creative services through focused, project-based work – no long-term retainers, no agency fluff.
We’re looking for an experienced sales contractor with industry ties to help us expand our reach.What You’ll Do
- Leverage your personal network in multifamily or PropTech to generate qualified leads
- Share our value proposition: project-based services that drive results without long-term commitments
- Nurture leads through the project scoping process
- Collaborate with the founder to scope and finalize proposals
Compensation
- 25% commission on project work (e.g., SEO, branding, content)
- 25% commission on monthly ad management fees (first 3 months per client)
- No cap – commission is paid upon receipt of client payment
Who You Are
- A self-starter with sales or account management experience in the multifamily industry
- Have a strong network of property managers, operators, or industry marketers
- Understand how traditional agencies overpromise for the sake of scalability
- Looking for flexibility and autonomy, not a 9-to-5 structure
This is a commission-only role, ideal for someone who wants to tap into their network and be well-compensated for real impact – no cold-calling, no boiler room energy, no corporate fluff.
